Itinerary
You will be picked up from the airport by a member of the Water By Nature team before being shown the sights. You’ll finish the first day dining in the famous Djeema el Fna square which comes alive at night. Day 2 is mostly spent on the road, although the gorgeous scenery is bound to take your mind off the long drive. The following day you will have a hearty breakfast before having a thorough safety induction, after which you will be able to test out your newly acquired skills on the river. Day 4 involves more rafting, and the pace is stepped up slightly as the rapids grow larger. After a long days’ paddling you will camp underneath the stars and the cedar trees that cling onto the river banks. Day 5 gives you the opportunity to test your fishing skills on the river between tackling some serious rapids and having a riverside lunch. The next day gives you the morning to make the most of the river by overcoming the final set of rapids. In the afternoon you will be transported back to Marrakech for a much needed feast and sleep. Day 7 allows you the opportunity to get to grips with Marrakech, testing your bartering skills in the Medina’s enormous market. The following day you will fly home.
